This Privacy Policy applies to the VERONIA LABS website at veronia.in and to mobile applications published by VERONIA LABS, including FULL BATTERY & THEFT ALARM. A specific app-store disclosure or in-app notice may provide additional details for a particular version.
2. Information you provide
When you contact us, you may provide your name, email address, subject and message. We use this information to respond to enquiries, provide support, investigate issues and maintain communication records.
3. App and device information
To provide battery-monitoring and alarm features, FULL BATTERY & THEFT ALARM may access information made available by Android, such as battery percentage, charging status, power source, temperature, voltage, current, charge counter, technology and cycle count when supported.
The app may also process configuration information such as charging targets, low-battery thresholds, ringtone, volume, theme, language, rated battery capacity and monitoring status.
4. Locally stored information
Battery samples, charging-session history, preferences and related calculations may be stored locally on the user’s device. Users may be provided with controls to clear local history. Local storage can be removed when the app is uninstalled, subject to Android backup and restore behaviour.
5. Permissions
The app may request permissions or system access required for notifications, foreground services, full-screen alarms, device restart handling, battery optimisation exceptions, vibration, audio playback, network access and billing. Android and the device manufacturer retain final control over these settings.
6. Advertising, billing and third-party services
The free version may display advertising and the optional premium upgrade may use Google Play billing. Published versions may include third-party service providers for advertising, billing, analytics, crash diagnostics, performance monitoring or form delivery. These providers may process identifiers, device information, diagnostic data, approximate location derived from network information, ad interactions or purchase status according to their own policies and applicable platform rules.

7. Website contact form
The contact form is designed to use Web3Forms. Form data is transmitted to the form provider and then delivered to contact@veronia.in. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or other highly sensitive information through the form.
